Loving the Crash Course so far

So I purchased 'The Course' and coupled it with this Crash Course and man, I love it. The videos are awesome, simple to grasp and easy to apply. I've yet to hit a live game, but I'm geared up for my next session. The "how an unstudied player..." Video was one of the best, and really opened my eyes to realize I made so many of those same mistakes and had much of that losing thought process. I loved the bt sizing video with the live game, the explanations in real time were amazing. I can't wait to continue to expand. Kudos guys!

Miller's "The Course" was very helpful to prep me for my first few live experiences at $1/$2. It helped to get most thoughts of limping out of my head and how to play a solid pre-flop strategy. In fact the whole section on $1/$2 was helpful when playing against the majority of the player pool at my local casino. It was a pretty good basis to expand on, for sure.

I just realized I made it sound like I have yet to play live, I meant since beginning this course. I've been playing live for over a decade...and I was pretty much a losing player. I'd hit a couple decent wins here and there, but for the most part I was, at best a fish, at worst, a bad player.
And yes, I did purchase the 1% book as well, but realizing it was basically meant to be used after the concepts and stuff in "The Course" I'm holding off on reading that one just yet.
