2/5 lots of 3 bet pre minimal showdowns. Tough game. I have 1400 villain has me covered. Villain has showed no creativity, a calling station. No bets no raises for the 3 hrs I played with him.
hero :Td:Tc in MP villain limps I raise 30 two callers in between and villain calls. Pot 120
flop :9s:9h:3s
villain check calls my 70 heads up to the turn.
pot 260 turn :Jh
villain leads for 150

This is a call for me. Often players like these will lead because they don't want to face a barrel with a hand like a flush draw, 77,88 etc. Some of these guys have it in their head that aggressive poker is good poker and just bet because they don't know what to do.
I would obviously reconsider on the river depending on the action.

Your description of the villain - not creative, calling station, no bets and no raises in 3 hours of play.
First, what is his VPIP over the 3 hours?
    I would put him on 22+, A2s+, K9s+, 34s+, 64s+, A2o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo which is a wide range for a passive calling station.
With the assumption that he is not creative I would give him credit for a hand that beats 1010 - a minimum of QJs and I would fold.
