Preflop is mistake - no need to 3BSQ so light vs UTG+1, and so far over 27 hands UTG+1 is looking like nit!

Flop CB is a mistake - no need to CB 1/2 pot with such a low equity hand vs 2 players

Turn DB is mistake for same reason.

Your hand to 3 bet with is ok, but the player your up against playing 15/4 is a bad candidate to go against. The ace is a good card for your range on the turn, but also makes a lot of two pairs. I wouldn't be surprised if you barrel and run into a set of Qs here quite often.

I think you need at least 1 club on the board to cbet this board. The Q hits very hard into a players calling range, more so than almost any other card.

Poor hand to 3bet. You have a lot of post flop playability, with a good equity hand even if everyone else calls.
If you are going to 3bet weak suited connectors, do it with 98-76. These hands don't have the key card for a straight, and once it gets to more than 4 way preflop the reverse implied odds go up significantly.
