98s in the SB GTO

I've took a couple days off to work on some preflop fundamentals and one thing i've done today is downloaded poker Snowie (haven't purchased it yet), but doing the 10 day trial. I'm doing one of the challenges using 2/4 as the stake because that's the closes to my game between 1/2 and 2/4 since I play in a 3 blind game. I found a leak right away and would like to thank @kenaces for the constant reminders of using poker snow.

Anyways here is the leak a lot of low stake players have.
Game $2/$4 (nine handed)
UTG ($369) opens $8
Folds around to Hero SB :9C: :8C:
Recommended preflop advice = fold 100%.

Who know's how much money i've been burning playing SCs oop, despite only a small raise.

I'm quickly learning how pokersnowie is a great preflop warmup before going to the pits.

UTG opens $8 (2bb) folds around
    Hero HJ :4D: :4C:
Here Snow says to fold which I find some what surprising, and says I need at least TT to call here. Saying I should fold 22-99 here? Seems too tight.

keep in mind snowie is considering your'e playing against very good players. i think in your games folding pairs is a leak

The small pairs are folds very decent competition(even at 100NL online). How bad your opponents play to make small pairs CCs in this spot is an open question.

    Yup.

    1) Do stack sizes warrant it?
    2) Are they bad enough to pay you off post-flop if you hit and show inevitable aggression? (Better players will be able to find correct folds, not giving you the pot odds to set mine in the first place -- or, worse, even capitalize on reverse pot odds.)

    Errors:
    Error #1
facing a LJ raise of 2.5bb poker snowie suggest for SB player. Here I 3 bet QTs.
    3betting KK+, AKo+, A10s+, A5s-A2s,
    calling TT-QQ, AQ,
    folding everything else. i

    Error #2
Hero raises A5s from HJ, SB 3 bets and im 100% supposed to 4 bet this hand.

    Error#3
    Mp1 opens min
    Hero MP2 folds 6c5c
supposed to call as low as 54s+

Error #3 is what bugs me. I'm not supposed to raise hands like 98s or T9s, but i'm supposed to call a raise from MP2?

    Error#4
    opening 66 UTG = fold

    Error#5
Donk betting in bb after calling a min raise on Qs9c5c board. I donk bet half pot.

Just to be clear Snowie is not GTO.

Just to be clear Snowie is not GTO.

I watched a video said same thing, but said "approximation of GTO."

Ok here is another one that seems a bit weird.
    Game $2/$4
call $9 vs BTN open in the BB ($4) with :KC: :TD:
    Flop ($20) :8C: :QC: :9H:

in game when I clicked on evaluation it said "bet" so I made a $15 bet to increase some of the FE. Now when I am analyzing the hand it says this is a check 100%.....

scratch that 25% is bet 100%, half pot 41%, so it's a bet sizing error. .

Alright!!! Game is improving. Play one more simulation before going to the casino.

It doesn't simulate multiway pots? What about advance poker training program? Does anyone know?

Error 3 I think that program is allowing you to raise suited connectors if your the first one into the pot but Snowie doesnt like a call with them out of position. In this spot I would guess its calculating how many players are left to act and their positional strength and saying your in late enough position that you can call much wider.

Like someone mentioned most GTO is for playing against very good players and making yourself unexploitable. I cant prove it but I have a strong inclination that it is not the most profitable way to play poker since most players aren't very good players and all of us tend to overestimate our own skill level.

I do think its a great way to tighten up your game and save you money while you are learning the game and moving up the stakes.

I'll say it before @kenaces says it. "Snowie is not GTO."
