3 Bet Online 6 Max 10NL Turn

I was playing ACR 10nl 6 max and this hand came up. Villain is playing 26/26 with a BSA of 100 after 23 hands. My question is on the turn if I bet is it greater than checking back the turned pair of nines? By betting I'm hoping villain folds pocket t's-q's. However, by betting I can get blown off my equity and have to fold.
