What is the probability my opponent has an Ace pre-flop using Flopzilla. Combos?

If I am sitting at a full ringed game and someone opens 3x from UTG (i assign him a range of QQ+, AJ+, KQs)...what is the probability that he holds at least an Ace in his hand? Similarly....in a full ringed game, action folds around to the button who raises 3x (with a range 22+, A2s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, A2o+, KTo+, QTo+, JTo)....what is the probability this person holds an Ace. I am trying to figure this out and it seems like combos is the way to do it but I am not sure or how I would count the combos here. I do have Flopzilla and Equilab. Someone give me a hand? Thnks.

Just plug in the range you assigned, note the total combos, then remove all the non Ax hands to get how many of them are Ax.

You'll learn more if you can do this manually. Once you understand the back and forth of the combinatorics, these tools will be time savers instead of crutches.
