I was wondering where everyone was from and if anyone lived near me. Reason is I have zero poker friends outside of those I meet online. Might be cool to find people near you to hook up with sometimes at some local card rooms/casinos.

Anyway I live in North Wilmington Delaware. 10 minutes from Delaware Park casino and 15 minutes from Harrahs of Philadelphia.

Just outside Washington, DC., about 6 min from MGM National Harbor. Great room with a lot of action, if you want a change of scenery.

I'm in Wisconsin. If anyone ever finds themselves at the Potawatomi casino in Milwaukee, I'm definitely up for meeting up with some red chippers.

Going to be in Salt Lake City for the first time this coming weekend. Can you recommend any good restaurants/breweries? Any particularly good spots we shouldn't miss?

Im still fairly new to Utah but for restaurants I'd recommend Ruby River Steakhouse, heard good things about The Copper Onion but haven't tried it out yet. If you're interested in hole-in-the-wall spots theres a new little place called Sushi Burrito that makes..... sushi burritos!

I dont drink much so I'm not sure about brewhouses, theres a pretty cool spot I've been to called Brewvies- a bar/movie theater that lets you drink in the theater.

Plymouth, Mi, right outside Detroit. I have a friend in Vegas I text hands to in real time to get feedback. I'd like to add a Red Chipper to the list. I just joined the site a month ago and just began to implement some of the recommendations, and the results have been fantastic.

Maybe it's obvious.... but I'm in NJ
I live closer to Resorts World Catskill than to Atlantic City, but I frequent both destinations.

Can confirm Copper Onion is awesome gastropub food. Very “in right now” style of food they have, but everything was awesome.

Beerhive was also a fun spot for some local brews and sports - was only in town for a week for work but SLC won me over, cool little city

Also for thread purposes - Tempe, AZ. Talking stick is my main cardroom, occasionally I’ll go to WHP

I've heard there's quite a buzz around the Beerhive.
