Splash-Pot Promotional Strat

A casino I haven't been to in a while is doing a promotion during the summer where if the flop is monochrome, the casino splashes $50 into the pot at that particular table.

The player pool is really passive and weak, so there is great potential to swipe these bloated pots. I'd say that 95% of the players limp and have premium hands when they raise. Also rarely bluff for any significant amount of money. They have horrible turn continuance %s.

I am seeking some guidance on what adjustments to make so I can take advantage of this promotion. I plan on playing $1/2 and the buy-ins range from $50-$300.

I am currently thinking about going with a shortish stack strategy with a shove mentality. Probably going to focus on big card strength (Ax, Kx, Qx) rather than bluffing hands.

Edit: The next hand is splashed, not the current one with the monochrome flop
