I was playing at a 1/3 table last night at a poker room I'm new to. I'm looking for some insight on how I could've adjusted my play to be more effective. The table was very loose often with multiple limpers. Raising was rare pre flop but they had no problem calling if it happened but then post flop the betting became very aggressive often over betting the pot with multiple callers. I saw one hand where a guy practically went all in chasing a flush that he made on the river.

Because of the bet sizing I had difficulty putting people on ranges and determining what their bets indicated. I should add i don't think these are "gamblers" per se and I heard a couple of them talking about using Flopzilla and Equilab. My adjustment was to play tighter and just wait for my opportunities and then be equally aggressive. Any insight on how to play this kind of game more effectively would be very appreciated.
