If you buy one you get them both. I have been using GTO+ just because it is simpler and maybe it’s my lack of understanding of the software but I keep getting errors while using CREV.

Is there a significant difference in what you’d use one or the other to analyze spots?

Anything GTO+ can do, CREV can do as well. GTO+ just has a better interface IMO.

I use CREV whenever a pot is multi-way or there is a side pot. The computations become too hard to do manually. It's also useful for computing EV of preflop shoves or all-in calls.
