BB: 161.26 BB
UTG: 158.29 BB
CO: 100 BB
Hero (BTN): 272.24 BB
SB: 106.15 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB, CO posts penalty blind 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) Hero has Td 8s
fold, CO checks, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB, fold
Additional info: BB has a VPIP of an active player but not doing anything which seems crazy / maniacal...has been aggressive

Flop : (7.5 BB, 2 players) 6s Qd Ts
BB checks, Hero bets 4.83 BB, BB calls 4.83 BB

Turn : (17.15 BB, 2 players) 3s
BB checks, Hero bets 9 BB, BB calls 9 BB

River : (35.15 BB, 2 players) Th
BB checks, Hero bets 15 BB, BB calls 15 BB

Hero shows Td 8s (Three of a Kind, Tens)
(Pre 42%, Flop 57%, Turn 0%)

BB shows Js 4s (Flush, Jack High)
(Pre 58%, Flop 43%, Turn 100%)

BB wins 62.87 BB

The question is : Is the river value bet correct? (irrespective of the result). My thought process was that if BB has a flush, he would have raised the turn to get information as well as value. My read was that BB had called flop and turn with top pair with 1 spade in hand.
