I’m a very new player, in fact currently playing play $ on the poke rust app, though I did some micro before Black Friday.
I apologize in advance because this is an incredibly vague question probably without a certain answer, but here it is. I started playing lowing level sit n go tournaments because I think they play a little bit more “real” and killed for a while, then suddenly went off a cliff. Has anyone experienced anything like this or have some direction for me to look?

It is vague, but if I had to guess, I'd suspect that you ran well playing a wideish range, that became your default range, then when the cards started to break more evenly your loose play in the early levels started biting you. That or your push/fold game is weak.

Post some hands. Let's find out for sure.

I’ll try to get some hands posted. I e had some improvements after reviewing starting hands and going for ease or fold strategy. I feel like I got bolder/looser over time and also too comfortable with all ins in tournament play that were strategically wrong.
(Or I’ve run hot for a minute lol)
