If you're willing to spend some money DxRacer (or something similar) is probably one of the better chairs you'll find.

For a long time I used a cheap $60 office chair that I got from Office Max (or Depot, whatever the hell it was/is called now). Once I started getting bad back pain I upgraded to a $400 mesh chair and my back pain dropped MASSIVELY within a week or so.

I've eyed the $1K+ Herman Millers, but I don't have enough reason to justify upgrading at this point. But if anyone is looking to get me a gift for my upcoming birthday...

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'll check out the company @Ninjah suggested and also take a look at mesh chairs.

@SplitSuit, that's my current problem. I bought an AmazonBasics chair and my back hates me for it.
