Speaking Poker to fish

How do you play a sound strategy against people who don't understand or even care what strategy is? Fish would never understand that a $20 raise from UTG from a nit in a $1/$2 game indicates strength. The question: How do you employ your strategy, whatever it may be, against people who have no clue what you're doing?

Villain knowing nothing, a little or a lot about poker isn't relevant. What kind of mistakes Villain makes is.
The only difference is that less poker educated poker play make more and more obvious mistakes for you to exploit.

Recipe is always the same who over you're facing: Observe; Analyze; Adapt.

Think about it. The goal of poker isnt to win the highest number of hands, the goal is to win the most amount of money. If a fish cant figure out that youre representing a strong hand, how do you exploit that?

Let me guess, you raised 10x UTG with aces or kings and someone called with 65o and spiked 2 pair? They didn't raise so you bet bet bet and got shown a better hand?

It sounds like you are attempting to employ YOUR strategy like a cookie cutter against players who it is not working against. Poker is against human players, not a video game with an algorithm to be solved.

Or, you could always move up to 2/5 where they will respect your raises...
