So, here's my first hand to be posted in here.

I had 145 hands on the CO and is a 17/12/4, with a 3B of 9 & F3B of 75. The short stack BTN was playing 19/12/12 (128 hands) and I was expecting the shove from them.

To set the scene - from the first hand I'd been chip leader and doing my duty of bullying all the way through. A few hands before this I lost an 80BB pot w/AA vs KK, but I carried on hunting chips.

I'm only just getting my head around the Preflop Math Workbook, so please offer guidance. I put the hand into PokerCruncher and gave the CO a 12% range, and the BTN a much wider 34%. Giving me 37% equity vs CO 36% vs BTN 27%. I felt that the CO could easily fold out a reasonable part of his range, leaving me HU with the BTN, seeing as it would have been an effective all-in for them, and they'd been playing pretty snug at this point.

I feel I did not take full consideration of ICM and would like to know your thoughts.

Many thanks in advance!
