Q1; Should we play our draw with two overs more Aggressively?
A1; We are getting a great price on our draw and keeping two players in the pot so if we hit our flush we can win more money. We do have reverse implied odds as we wont hit the nuts if we connect. If we raise we are probably getting it in as underdog vs sets or over pairs.

Q2; Do we call the bet on the R?
A; We need 23% equity and by the range i gave him here we only have 18% so its a fold.

Note villain can't have AsQs since you block it, but I think Equilab correctly removes it since it clips range before unique hand.

Concerning your questions. Flop. If we hit our flush, we may not make any more money at all. Players are terrified of flush boards, particularly at lower limits. I think a check-raise here is certainly a possibility, particularly since MP's call puts more money into the pot with a hand they are apparently not in love with.

River. Maybe UTG's range is that value heavy. I'm assuming we have no stats on them? It really depends on your assessment of their opening range and if they have more bluffs/weaker stuff they'd play like that.
