Call or fold?

Hello forum, here's another hand from a micro stake MTT I played last night.

Hero is in HJ with 35bb, V is in sb with 75bb (40/10 but with only 10 hands)

Hero has :7d:7h

Hero opens 3bb, V calls.

Flop (pot 11bb) comes :9s:7c:Kh

V checks, Hero c-bets 3.66bb (30% pot), V calls

Turn (pot 18.5bb) comes :Js

V checks, Hero c-bets 9.2bb (50% pot), V raises to 33bb (putting hero all in). Hero calls.

My thought process was that V called pre-flop quite wide in the sb. He then called the c-bet with maybe a top pair, a mid-pair with good kicker, possibly a set of 9s or two pairs (with K9), a gutshot draw or maybe a good pair he did not 3bet (JJ or QQ). When he check/shoved on the turn I thought he was betting with either a OESD or FD (unlikely he had absolutely air), or 2 pairs (KJ specifically), or a completed straight (less likely he had a set of Js).

Was it a mistake to call? Is there something I have not considered or done wrong?

Thanks

You must have lost the hand or you wouldn't be questioning this. We aren't getting away from a set 35bb deep. I think folding is out of the question.

    Agreed.

One other technical point. At 35bb I'd open a lot smaller than 3x.
