Call river?

So V has a 3 bet range from BU of 8% but overall is about 4%. With that range and the odds I was getting a call seemed pretty standard. The flop is pretty favorable. I'm ahead of a lot of Vs range except for AA, KK, QQ and 99. The turn and river don't really change anything. In my experience with V they can do some strange things i.e. shove all in with A4o when they are short stacked. The question I had is would they really triple barrel with 1010 or JJ or AK. A chop is possible but less so. People do some silly things in this player pool but it seems tough to find a call on the river. Am I being too nitty? I was in the CO btw.

I think for a human a spot like this is just an informed guess.

Villian's 3-bet stat is only 3.8% so I don't think he will have very many bluffs in this spot. The bet sizing he is using along with a very dry board looks like AA or KK hoping you call with the exact hand that you have. Against this type of player I would fold.

I´d call, dificult to fold in my opinion. I´m sure that Q is in his range, but not sure that his hand beats you. We are not in his head to know if he has AA, QQ or KK, but he can have, easily, KQs or AKo for example. Considering q size of 3-bet, that the pot odds is 2,4:1, that there are more combos that you beat than combos that beat you, considering the heat of the game, etc., it´s a call for me, or maybe all-in.
