Super weird spot where im not sure exactly how to get money in the pot. I'm admittedly awful in multiway spots, so any feedback would be great.

Hi i am no expert, but i think this would have been a good spot to have bet the flop for about half pot size and then respond to the any action you may or may not have gotten.

I'd suggesting betting early and often. NL2 players like calling. Against a passive player and an unknown, they're not going to bet your hand for you if they don't have enough hand to call your bets.
