Seven Handed game with large variance in stack sizes from $30 to $900
Hero has: $200

In the SB with :As:3s:6d:6h

UTG Straddles for $6 dividing everyone's stack by 3. Hero now has 33BB

2 players call the straddle, Hero Calls in the SB, BB who is short goes all in for $27
2 players call the $21, Hero calls, and Straddle Calls

Pot: $135

Flop: :Kc:7h:5h

Checks Around

Turn: :2s

Hero has the nut low without a safety net or a high hand. Hero Checks. Three others check also.

River: :7d

Hero Bets $70

UTG folds and mutters "You only bet the nuts" Other two ViIlains fold. Hero Scoops with a pair of 6's and the Nut Low. All in player had the :Ad:4d x x and thought he was good on the low end.

Got to love bluffing and risking virtually nothing in Big Bet O8.

So on the turn we have an empty side pot? Hmmm. The pair of sixes might be enough to bet turn. But yeah, with the turn checking through you can be pretty sure you have one side nailed down, at which point the game is to drive out a better high.

I'm surprised you think the 6s are good enough once the flop checks through. I've had another person remind me not to dismiss small pairs, I must be undervaluing them.

It's one of those hybrid spots where your 66 may be good, but folding out a 7 is great too. Plus you got that second nut gutter high draw. That said, OOP to the field is tricky.
