Setting up river shoves with stack sizes.

When planning bet sizing and getting the effective stack all in by the river do you typically want about a pot sized bet or more left for the river? Or is having a 2/3 pot sized bet or 1/2 pot sized bet okay in some situations?

I'm not sure there's a specific target size. If we've decided we want to get stacks in you're basically just chunking to do that efficiently. If we're running a triple-barrel bluff, we want to make sure we don't leave 1/3-pot for the end, obviously, plus there are times we want to avoid a river bet much larger than pot, but in detail there's some dependence on what it is you're trying to accomplish and the elasticity of your opponent.
