Flop :6d:9h:Tc

Does Hero raise either time pre flop?
Does Hero lead out on the flop either time?

All thoughts appreciated

    I think completing and not raising is best. Leading out is fine.

    I'm okay completing pre in both scenarios. I would be more inclined to lead flop on the first example with the larger SPR. I CR fairly unbalanced(heavily strong),so not quite sure I would go for it without the FD.

    Always completing preflop, I don't like bloating the pot with drawing hands out of position. The flop can be a mix of check/calling, leading, or check/raising with a lot of "depends".

    You can pick a hand here or there to balance out your monsters, but not very often.
