Why would he donk with a Q or AA and blow you off your bluffs ?

There is more than 1 way to look at it, neither you or BB had full stacks so its easy to say that once you continue, your committed no matter what, at this point its hard to say i like the fold but its hard to say i like continuing either, so this spot falls in that special case where I can't give much of an advice without knowing more about villain tendencies, etc.

However, never be scared of the monsters under the bed, Qx have became harder to have on that turn and more than enough AA will re-raise PF. Should at least think about that before dreading the situation.

Some will lead because the turn card give them more equity. He could do that with AKs. He might also think that a 2nd Queen on board makes it less likely that you have AQ-QQ yourself ans try to push you out. Interesting fact that he did not 3bet a single hand over 50 hands, so he certainly not have a 4bet range at all, AA could be very well in his range.
It's a tricky hand, but i would have called here with position on him and since it only is a pot half bet on the turn.
