I honestly was ready to fold and thought someone had QQ...I suck at this game.

    Hi,
Firstly you don't suck at all. This is an horrendous cooler.

On the flop against 3 players who are all in on this board there is a good chance you could be behind but even then you have equity to improve with a set against a straight, however with bottom set there is the possibility that you will run into a higher set so I like a fold on the flop.

The UTG could have aces here as they have an uncapped range whereas the MP player flatted a raise pre-flop so is less likely to have them, which weights their range towards QQ with the flop raise and call after the UTG's actions.

If you 3 bet pre-flop here you could face a 4 bet from UTG or MP which could put you in a difficult spot and if you flat the BB gets excellent odds to call so you will be facing a multi way pot but will at least have position so I would probably play the hand exactly the same and try to find a fold on the flop.

Take a picture, frame that hand, its probably one of the rare times in your career you'll get to see something like this happen. Other than that, you can't really beat yourself up too much over it. Your hand, with the potential payout given that you are getting action left right and center + your not super deep.... What else can you ask for?
