Good spot for a bluff check raise?

I don't bluff check raise enough and thought this was a good spot. Villain is relatively tight but c bets a lot and was preflop agressor (I thought about 3 betting preflop). When would you just bet out vs check raise?

I have 300 hands with Villain. VPIP 19, PFR 12, 3B 8, Cbet 81.

Looks great. He'll stab that board a ton and will likely fold a ton of the time, and you always have a chunk of equity if he does continue. Now the question is, would you do the same thing with KQ or KJ?
