I rarely recommend shoving pocket Q's pre-flop playing 100 BB deep but this might be one of the times when it make sense. You have 600 hands on the CO and his stats seem pretty solid. I don't think he's cold 3-betting less than pocket 8's so he has about 24 combos of pairs you dominate and 12 that dominate you. You're also a slight fav against his 16 combos of AK and are totally crushing his 8 combos of AQ. You have very favorable equity against his overall range but are probably an underdog playing OOP with a 3:1 SPR. Flatting the 3-bet also encourages the cold caller in the middle to see the flop which is only magnifies the difficulty of playing your hand post. I definitely don't like 4-betting small since it presents many of the same problems as flatting but only makes them worse. A 4-bet shove seems like your best option.
