Villain was 43/19/3 over 44 hands. Was my call right ? I guess he seems like a fish .. but on the other hand when fish raises PF we should be carefull .. but still 19 PFR is quite a lot so I called. What to do on the flop ? And if there is some action other than fold, what is my plan for next street(s) ?

As a 3b caller a Kxx flop is absolutely dreadful for you, so dont mind the fold at all. I probably peel at NL5/10 at least one street as we don't have any hands as you come across random ATs etc type hands from fish. But I muck this against a tight 3better who I have a lot of hands on especially given your position.

Villains bet size is strange though, usually indicates a very strong hand like a monster set of kings or a hand he's scared of like QQ,JJ,TT. Unfortunately the board is extremely dry so unless you go to town on the guy I dont see a fish mucking QQ.
