NL5 6max RUSH, should I fold PF ?

Villian was 24/21/4 over 488 hands, he had 44 total steal, 13,9 3bet, 20,0 4bet and 50 fold to 3bet. So I made 3bet for value wanting him to call with hands like middle and small paris or w/e. But Im not sure if it isnt too thin ... what should I do in this spot against this villain with KTo ? And what should I do with KTs, KJo, KJs, QJo and QJs at this spot against this particular villain ?

    Restealing this is fine (it's not really for value since we are behind most continuing ranges, but it's stronger than 3betting 86o or T7s). I typically fold to the 4bet here thinking he's not bluffing here often enough. But if his 4betting continues to be a trend, I'm quickly preparing to start shipping over some 4bets with less than stellar hands...
