NL2 - Folding a straight when board pairs?

Villain is a passive reg with 1,4 agression factor and 48% open from SB. I just couldn't resist of shoving that river, but I might be wrong.... Am I overrating my hand here? What would you do?

What do you think he is CRing the river with?
If you shove (like you did), what do you think he calls with?
Based upon those answers, do you still like your shove?

How about Betting the fop when he X to us ?

We will flat a lot of dominating PP IP vs. a 48% opener in the SB because we want to play IP Poker vs his wide range. This flop is perfect for us i think since there will be a lot of things we will bet there when we FC IP pre flop . If he re-raise us fine since we got equity to outdraw him. It seems to me that Betting here is better than X.

What do you guys think ?
