Interesting dichotomy at home game

Hey all,

So I play in a regular home game during the middle of the week. The people that play in this game are the same week in and week out...it's the only game I consistently get stuck in and cannot seem to figure out the proper strategy. I'm the only LAG in the game and the rest are a bunch of old men. The players are tight-passive preflop and even limp AA...however postflop they totally change their MO and become very loose-passive and are nearly un-bluffable. This sucks because 1.) you can't bluff them out of a pot 2.) they are almost calling your preflop open with a better hand...how does one approach such a game?

Thanks!
