Live NL 1/2.
Effective stack $220
Background: Only a few hands in and playing with unknowns.

Im in the BB with :TC: :KS:

Five players in front limp and I check.

Flop ($12) comes :JD: :7D: :QD: and it checks all the way around.

Turn ($12) is a :9C: giving me the king high straight. I bet $8. MP2 Villain raises to $29. I call everyone else folds.

River ($70) is the :8S: I check and V bets $50.

What do I do here?

I think call. 5 ways uncapped ranges is kinda gross though. You do block straight and would he bet the river with 2 pair? I'm leaning towards river fold given your blockers and 4 liner.

I think you have to call. Villain could have raised the turn with many hands you beat. Your river check invites all kinds of bluffs, thin value and yes some flushes to bet

    Thanks for the answers guys.

So here is what happened: I call and V shows me a :4D: :3D: flush that he slow played on the flop.
