Are STT SNG's and HUSNG's offered in casinos and other brick and mortar venues?

    SNGs, depends on the casino.
Anything Heads up, definitely. As long as you’re playing 25-50 blinds or above.

Cool. Thanks. So, by in large, what you'll see is full ring cash games? How about 6max?

And they're playing both cash and SNG style heads up?

Hu cash late at night. They allow it because its super late and no one else is playing but its anyone can join the table if They want.

I would reserve heads up play for online. There is a ton! From micro to high stakes. Becareful what you get yourself into. I would probably build a BR playing hu sng up until $20-$30 level then jump to hu cash. Above that level i find there is a bigger edge in cash heads up then hu sng. However, ive seen some $100 hu sng specialists that i was able to beat, didn't think they were very good, decent though, but they were good at searching the for bad players (bum hunters) which you can make a lot of money doing.

I see some SNGs occasionally, not often. Single table only IME.

In the day 10 years ago or so , one table sit n go were offered in Atlantic City. They were very heavily raked...As I remember something like $60 and the casino kept $20 of it or so. I have not seen them recently.

Definitely heavily raked. Some where around 20% $100+$20 or $50+$10 not sure what the edge would be. Live games mostly FR cash or mtt.

Thanks for the advice on this. Indeed, there's 24/7, 365 heads up action online and that's one of the things I like about it. Further, it definitely seems to be helping to develop my overall game. I also like the 1 v 1, winner take all nature of the SNG's.

I've still yet to determine which format will yield the most profit for me but I have the whole winter here to play and figure it out.
